Digistore24 is the authorized reseller and retailer of record for all Steadyroot products. Digistore24 processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles refunds under its buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. Your bank or card statement will show "Digistore24."
The purchase contract for each order is concluded with Digistore24 GmbH (St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany) as retailer. Digistore24's buyer terms apply to the transaction; these Terms govern your use of the content.
Steadyroot products are digital educational products — downloadable PDF guides with worksheets, delivered electronically together with access to a members area. Nothing physical is shipped.
After a successful purchase, Digistore24 emails your access details, usually within minutes. You are responsible for providing a correct email address. If you do not receive access, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. You have unlimited access to the products you purchased for as long as the products are offered; we recommend downloading your PDFs and keeping your own copies.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, download and print the products for your own personal, non-commercial use (including sharing worksheets within your own household). You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publicly post or create commercial works from the content, or share your access link. All intellectual property remains with the publisher.
